ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive/ Sr. Executive (Admin/ Operation) for
our Corporate Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up operational Activities, ensure communications, resolution of issues and project
development.
- Commanding other relevant departments and able to act as a mediator between departments and
make sure all the department are working as per company's interest.
- Assist the CEO/MD in establishing an appropriate organizational structure maintain Calendar,
meetings and tours agenda, reminding daily schedule, Email and phone correspondence on behalf
of CEO/MD Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as maintain official norms and principle.
- Drafting letters, attend all type of meetings, take notes and follow up the meeting afterwards. Look
after office activities and inform CEO/MD.
- Perform administrative duties for executive management, organizing & hosting International visitors.
Coordinate with management & other departments as per requirement.
- Prepare contracts and their terms, use of proper signatures and stamp papers as per existing laws,
renewal of expired suppliers contract and tenders etc.
- Respond incoming emails from International/Local Principal Company, Corporate client inquiries
and questions, handling and provide information properly.
- Buildup and establishment proper communications with valued corporate client of the company and
visit when required.
- Invite and review quotation for supplying items purchasing and place order to suppliers after getting
approval from respective authority.
- Make all type of report to top management.
- Deftly handle stressful and sensitive situations with poise and professionalism.
- Maintenance all kind of Admin related document. Smoothly handle total security system and
housekeeping. To ensure over all Office security, safety system & ensure healthy workplace by
maintaining efficient operation of Safety and Hygiene.
- Any other tasks and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business
- (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- MBA or Masters in Management/Public Administration from top rated University.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
- Administration, Business Communication, Management
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Must have good communication skill in English (IELTS Overall Band Score 7 preferred).
- Should have expected professional appearance with challenging attitude towards job.
- Computer literacy is must (especially adequate skills in Microsoft word, Power point & Excel).
- Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
- Must have excellent communication skills to coordinate between head office, and others branch
office.
